Morning Empty stomach start with 2 glass Water than  → Slim Tea (1 gm)

Breakfast → Slim Shake (1 scoop in 300 ml water)

Before Lunch (20 min) → Slim Trim

Evening empty stomach → Slim Tea (1 gm)

Before Dinner (20 min) → Slim Trim

 

🍹 1. Breakfast (Light & Controlled)

Slim Shake (compulsory)


If needed (any ONE):

5 soaked almonds or Flax or chia seeds in shake

Other options

1. Mix veg Poha / Upma

2. Sprouts

3. Coffee with Dry fruits

4. Hunger bar


 

🍉 2. Mid Snack (Cooling)

Choose ONE:

Apple

Grapes (small bowl)

Muskmelon

Watermelon

Coconut water


👉 Keep it light only

 

🍛 3. Lunch (Balanced, Not Heavy)

Choose ONE:

Option 1:

2 chapati

Simple veg sabzi

Dal (normal quantity)

Salad


Option 2:

1 bowl rice

Peas dal / arhar dal

Curd

Salad


Option 3:

2 chapati

Paneer (light) / chicken (small portion)

Veg + buttermilk


👉 Oil & quantity controlled

 

☕ 4. Evening Snack (Controlled)

Choose ONE only:

Makhana chaat

Sweet potato + little peanut

Oats + few dry fruits

1–2 pieces dark chocolate

Roasted chana


👉 Strict portion control (most important)

 

🌙 5. Dinner (Light & Smart)

👉 Follow this rotation:

3 Days:

Slim Shake (dinner replacement)


4 Days (Choose ONE):

1–2 chapati + dal + veg

OR oats khichdi

OR dalia + veg

OR light soup + paneer/chicken (small)


👉 Early dinner (before 8:30 PM)

 

💧 Basic Rules (Non-Negotiable)

3–4 L water

20–30 min walk daily or 40 min workout

Avoid sugar drinks & fried food

Sleep 6–7 hrs
