2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most locations in India.

Additional Delivery Charge: A small COD/delivery charge will be applied depending on your location and order weight. This will be displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

COD may not be available for very remote locations or high-value orders.

3. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways to ensure your financial data is safe.

Healthy Wealthy does not store your full credit/debit card or net banking details on our servers.

Your online payment information is encrypted and processed securely.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful (or your COD order is placed), you will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message with your order details.

5. Currency

All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR). For international orders (if applicable), currency conversion rates and fees may apply as per your bank.

6. Refunds on Payments

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

COD orders: In case of refunds, we will collect your bank details to transfer the refund via NEFT/UPI.

Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if payment fails verification.

Any misuse of payment cards or payment gateways will be reported to the relevant authorities.
