Due to the nature of our weight-loss and health products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us if there are any issues.

2. Eligible for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The product was damaged during transit.

The product is defective or expired on arrival.

To qualify:

Provide your order number, a clear photo/video of the product, and the issue description.

3. Refund Process

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Products purchased from third-party sellers not authorized by Healthy Wealthy.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved, you may be asked to send the product back. We will provide instructions and a return address.

In cases of defective or incorrect products, we may cover the return shipping cost.
