Navratri Diet Plan

Healthy • Simple • Weight Loss Friendly (For Chaitra Navratri)

🌅 Morning (Start)

1 glass warm water

Slim tea + slim tablet*

5–6 soaked almonds + 1 walnut

 

🍉 Breakfast (8–10 AM)

Papaya / Apple (any 1–2 fruits)

Hunger bar / Chestnut (singhada)

1 cup curd or milk (important)

 

🥤 Mid-Morning (11–12 PM)

Coconut water / Buttermilk

(Optional: 1 fruit if hungry)

 

🍽️ Lunch (12–2 PM) – Optional

Option 1:

Salad + Kuttu roti

Light potato sabzi

Curd / Buttermilk


Option 2:

Makhana or Sweet potato chaat

Peanuts / Curd

 

☕ Evening (4–5 PM)

Roasted makhana (1 bowl)

Green tea / Lemon water

 

💊 Before Dinner

Slim trim tablet* (30 min before)

 

🌙 Dinner (7–8 PM – Light)

Option 1:

Samak rice + Lauki soup + Curd


Option 2:

Tomato soup + Roasted peanuts/makhana


Option 3 (Occasional):

Singhada (chestnut) halwa (limit use)

Sendha namak only
